Rates are based on "normal" vehicle condition. Additional charges will be applied for things such as excessive mud, excessive pet hair, certain stains, excessive messes, etc. Clients will be notified of these charges after initial inspection, prior to service. Additional charges will not be applied without first discussing the issue with client.
